Last week Uscom attended the 12th Congress of Chinese Society Critical Care Medicine in Hang Zhou, China, and Uscom kicked off the pre-congress workshop demonstrating the circulatory effects of giving and removing fluid on an anesthetised dog.
The image above shows that after a small fluid injection, the sensitivity of the USCOM 1A allows the detection of small changes in the circulation rapidly and non-invasively.
The session was repeated 3 times with approximately 150 participants and the USCOM 1A was definitely causing a buzz.
The Uscom booth was best in show drawing in large crowds and creating potential leads (over 200 new leads) and Uscom awareness.
Over 10,000 delegates from across China, and other countries attended, making this one of the biggest events attended by Uscom.
Overall, the 12th Congress of Chinese Society Critical Care Medicine was a huge success for Uscom, and we are happy to announce that Uscom ensured that the dogs used in the demonstration returned to full health and found new homes.
