Uscom attends ISUOG 29th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Berlin

ISUOG's World Congress is the main annual scientific meeting for clinicians from 113 different countries who use or research ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. This year, it was held from the 12th-16th October in Berlin, Germany.

Uscom’s newly appointed Europe Sales and Marketing Manager Antonio Ferrario recently met with a small group of Doctors including key opinion leaders attending the ISUOG in Berlin. Key speakers in this field and dedicated to maternal hemodynamics were Professor Herbert Valensise, Professor Christoph Lees and Professor Asma Khalil.

The USCOM 1A measures CO (Cardiac Output) and SVR (Systemic Vascular Resistance) non-invasively to provide Maternal hemodynamic assessment, allowing earlier detection and treatment of abnormalities related to pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.

Uscom is excited to be part of the ongoing research in Maternal Fetal Medicine, which is committed to reducing risks in pregnancy with better health screening and improving both maternal and fetal outcomes.
