Uscom attends North American Artery 9th Annual Meeting in Iowa

The North American Artery Society’s annual meeting took place on May 17-18, 2019. This year, the meeting addressed Chronological vs. Vascular Aging with a wide range of talks related to the effects of age across the lifespan. Presenters from across the US and around the world spoke to delegates about ongoing research in patients with heart failure, compromised cerebrovascular function, diabetes, chronic kidney disease and more, focusing on how these diseases can be studied and treatments administered from the perspective of pediatrics to adults.

With great interest and increasing knowledge of central aortic blood pressure, the Uscom BP+ has received significant attention from NAA researchers and clinicians alike. Current literature shows that cBP is superior to brachial measures and the BP+ is poised to bring practice-changing technology to clinicians around the globe.
