Small Parcels Consolidation Closed Successfully

SYDNEY, Australia, Friday 25th October 2019: Uscom Limited (ASX code: UCM) (the Company or Uscom) today announced the successful closure of its small share parcels capital consolidation initiative. Approximately 345,939 UCM shares were consolidated as a single holding by Boardroom Pty Limited for sale by a contracted stockbroker for sale on market with all funds returned to the investors. The consolidation and sale reduced the total number of UCM shareholders by approximately 25%.

Uscom attended the World Congress of Critical Care Medicine in Melbourne from the 15th to the 18th of October. The meeting brought together over 2000 critical care experts from over 84 countries to discuss clinical innovations and state of the art critical care practice.

Uscom attends ISUOG 29th World Congress on Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Berlin

ISUOG's World Congress is the main annual scientific meeting for clinicians from 113 different countries who use or research ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. This year, it was held from the 12th-16th October in Berlin, Germany.

Medi-stats, one of our Uscom BP+ distributors in the UK, recently attended The Pharmacy Show in Birmingham, UK from October 6-7, 2019. They demonstrated their portal solution which uses Uscom BP+ non-invasive technology to enhance early detection, diagnosis and treatment of CVD.
