Uscom attended the 3rd International Congress on Maternal Hemodynamics (ICHM) which was held in Cambridge, UK. The ICMH brings together an international association of researchers with a special interest in physiological and pathophysiological functioning of the pregnant woman’s cardiovascular system and its relation to maternal and fetal outcome.

The Uscom BP+ central blood pressure monitor has been approved for specialist use by The British and Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS). The approval of the BP+ followed independent evaluation of the Uscom BP+ technology and associated clinical evidence by BIHS experts.

An eminent group of speakers both overseas & Sri Lankan presented over two days of the congress. This years themes was "Paving the Way for Best Outcomes in Anaesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine", and Uscom is proud to be a part of this movement.
